I consult with homeowners to ready their house for sale, rearrange of furniture to create better flow and possible paint selection, if required. I then complement their home with additional furniture and accessories. I utilize the homeowner's furniture as much as possible - this way, it saves storage issues.
If the house is vacant, then it's a full staging service. Depending on how eager they are, some of my clients have taken my suggestions to the next level and made minor renovations that I've suggested (i.e. adding more storage, adding feature wall with wallpaper, etc). There usually is decluttering and clean up required from the homeowners.
